What is Manifestation: The Manifestation Mindset.

The secret to manifesting your dreams is in your mindset.

Have you ever wondered why some people are so successful? Maybe you’ve seen a peer of yours who was in the same position as you skyrocket ahead. Perhaps you felt that it was unfair; what’s so special about them? Do you feel as if you’re working twice as hard but not seeing the fruits of your labor?

In reality, you aren’t any less than this person. What’s holding you back are your limiting beliefs and mindset. You must develop a Manifestation Mindset and shift your belief system so you too can attain your desires. Whether it is in love, career, money, or beauty… the options are endless.

A Brief History of Manifestation

Throughout history, people have strived to meet their basic survival needs while pursuing a life of abundance and prosperity.

However, there has always been a portion of humanity who utilized certain methods to assist them. Although their practice may differ depending on faith and belief systems, they all use some form of manifestation.

What is Manifestation you ask? It can be many things, from prayer, meditation, and magical practices.

Despite their differences, they all follow a similar system:

  1. Define a desire or goal
  2. Align your behavior and emotions with it.
  3. Believe it will come to fruition; whether it be through God, The Universe, or even oneself.

If you think this is all spiritual talk with no logical backing, don’t click away yet! Although manifestation is a deeply spiritual practice, modern advances in neuroscience and psychology have been able to explain it from a scientific viewpoint.

Often overlooked is the significance of mental health and mindset. How your brain perceives the outer world directly influences the way you interact with it, through action. The actions you take in your life and how you behave measurably lead you towards your desires. Plus we can’t forget about the placebo effect, your mind is so powerful that your mindset and beliefs can shape even your physical health.

Think of this practice as an extension of these phenomena if the idea of a higher power is off-putting.

Top 5 Popular Beliefs for Cultivating a Manifestation Mindset

1. The Law of Attraction

A widely known technique popularized by many celebrities and the book “The Secret”. The law of attraction operates under the premise that like attracts like. Maintaining a positive mindset regardless of your circumstances will allow you to attract that which aligns with your goals. Thus, it becomes important to improve your mindset through gratitude, daily affirmations, and visualization.

This is similar to living in the end or “fake it till you make it”. You want to practice being your ideal self and, in turn attracting your ideal reality. Applying this philosophy to your life will assist you in developing your manifestation mindset.

2. The Law of Assumption

This belief system comes from the author and mystic Neville Goddard. The law of assumption states that believing you already have your desires causes them to manifest in your reality. This pushes you to behave and feel as if you are living in your ideal reality, bringing you closer to your ideal self. Which accelerates the manifestation of your desires in the 3D.

A popular method of cultivating this mindset in your subconscious is through the use of SATS (State Akin To Sleep).

These practices assist in removing negative and limiting beliefs, allowing you to become clear on your intentions. It also removes unnecessary clutter from your mind that may be distracting you from your goals. 4. Gratitude and Positive Thinking

This is an underrated but integral aspect of the manifestation mindset. Gratitude and positive thinking tie in with the previous points but are important enough to have their own section. You want to be able to acknowledge and appreciate your current blessings, no matter how small.

You want to shift your focus from negative to positive. Focusing on your blessings and the feeling of gratitude will attract more blessings and positive outcomes. Practicing gratitude will also assist you in keeping a positive mindset no matter the adversity thrown your way.

Be grateful for food, a roof over your head, your life, and your pet, there is always something to be grateful for. I’m sure you would be full of gratitude in your ideal reality, start living that way now.

5. Quantum Theory

The topic of quantum theory has gained a lot of traction in the manifestation community. Various audios are available on YouTube to help you shift into a different reality, altering the world around you. This theory takes the concepts of wave-particle duality and the observer effect to explain manifestation.

The concept is that our thought waves can interact with the physical world and alter our reality. Some people believe that realities of every outcome exist (like parallel universes or different dimensions) and that our consciousness can shift between them. The relationship between manifestation and quantum theory is still highly debated.
